At any rate, I can stream at 60FPS (and I have a dual PC streaming rig). My theory is that the amount of CPU power it takes to record is only a fraction vs streaming and the workload. He's using an 18 core 36 thread processor with an unknnown amount of RAM on a 2 PC setup. Not the best one out there right now, but definitely stronger than 99% of other streamers out there. There's another streamer I know that has a mega-streaming-rig. However, other users here swear up and down this is due to my upload cap of 6000 KBPS. I stream 60FPS at very fast codec compression preset (this is the default codec in OBS and Xsplit). I believe this is due to codec compression preset.
